Great info. One question? Once you have your cash buyer through the fake bandit ad, how to you leverage that to benefit you in terms of owning and controlling the real estate. Cause i’m assuming they would expect to own the property and all the benefits like rent etc and they are just using you as a lead supplier.
Or have i misunderstood? Are you just simply looking for cash buyers contact details so you can pitch your joint venture/partnership plans with them?

@23muba – You would ask to see properties bought and sold in the past 30-90 days in the area you are interested in. You can also refer to your city appraisal district’s public records to see what properties were bought in cash.

ok but why wouldnt the rehabber just go for the original deal that you got already and just present the seller with a higher offer like maybe $45000?
What is to stop them from doing that?
