I got arrested for 53a-167a interference fir giving the officer the wrong date of birth cause I was scared then I pulled him aside and told him my real date of birth I didn’t wanna tell him infront of everyone…so they let me go from the police department with a promise to appear,this is my first offence I have a clean record.,so am I going to jail or no?or just misdemeanor or nothing??my court is in stamford Connecticut.

Question by BorninChicago: Unsealing a family court record?
I had discovered my father probably has another child out there and I found a court record in a state we lived in and there was a record that matched his name and it showed the woman’s name also(I never knew what her name was). The problem is the case is sealed according to the online records so I can only see both of their names. The thing is how would I unseal it or do you think if I call and ask they would be able to confirm it is my father, because I know all his info, like his SS# and birthday? Or would I have to get a lawyer and go to court to have the case unsealed? Oh and the case occurred in the Connecticut Family Court System. I really just want to know if it is him, I really do not care about the actual information of the case.
