Retrieving Louisiana Divorce Records Online

Posted by | Posted in Louisiana Court Records | Posted on 27-06-2011

Everyone is now entitled to access Louisiana Divorce Records without any limitations or restrictions at all. Unlike those documents for births and deaths in this state, this information is not considered as classified. A small amount of fee is oftentimes necessary in making a request for this account.

These documents are stored at the state’s huge database. They are carefully indexed and are regularly updated, too. Some of the significant details that must be included in your request are the couple’s full name, approximate year of divorce, and state. It is also necessary to enter your full name and e-mail address. The more details you provide, the better the result will be.

If you wanted to get hold of this file, you must go to the Clerk of Court where the separation was officially declared. Be prepared to pay a certain amount of fee for this information, though. The corresponding charges must be paid at the Vital Records Office either through check or money order, but not personal checks. To verify current fees, contact this office by phone or through their online services.

The details that are contained in this file are very beneficial. No wonder it’s becoming so popular among various individuals these days. People search for it to investigate the background of a future spouse or partner. Moreover, it reveals the current marital status of an individual, as well as information about his past marriage and the cause of the divorce, if any. Anyone who had been divorced in the past must also hold this document before they can remarry. It can also be utilized to support legal proceedings.

Obtaining a certified copy of this document must be done at the Vital Records Office of the state. It is doable through mail, phone, fax, or walk-in. The only problem, though, is that in this kind of process, it usually takes a long period of time before you will receive the result that you need. Prior to releasing the result, it also requires an admin fee. Hence, it doesn’t provide the convenience and immediacy that you desire.

Through the Internet, getting hold of Free Divorce Records is now made easier and faster. The services online are categorized as free and paid. However, the former type of service is not the best option for you since that provides poor quality of service. On the other hand, choosing the latter option is advisable since that offers a hassle-free search and an excellent report for a one-time charge only.

What is the best Louisiana Divorce Records for you? Come and share our in-depth findings on Divorce Records.

How many people didn’t know that security officers can carry guns?

Posted by | Posted in Louisiana Court Records | Posted on 07-05-2010

… and I mean guns with real bullets meant to kill. After looking at some questions on here to see which gun would be best for security, I saw several responders who thought security officers couldn’t or shouldn’t carry guns. Armed or commissioned officers are required to take 30 hours of training in order to become licensed to carry a gun in Texas. Also; there are certification courses for security officers to carry batons, pepper spray, and handcuffs. Some companies require their armed guards to pass a psychological test first. Almost every security company requires an officer to have a GED or high school diploma before they are hired and they cannot have any felonies or certain misdemeanors on their record. Many security officers are former military or law enforcement and some are currently peace officers, but they are supplementing their income by working security. Many U.S. military bases started contracting out their security needs to private security companies so they can deploy more of their MPs. The military bases pay their guards $18-20 an hour which is more than what most entry level police officers make. Airport security officers aren’t much different from mall security officers. Armed security officers protect federal government buildings and local government buildings. Bodyguards or personal protection officers are nothing but level IV security officers. The federal government had a huge need for private security officers after Hurricane Ike in Texas and Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana because they wanted people’s homes and businesses to be protected from looting. I know of one security officer who was killed recently, one who had to kill someone to protect himself, and one who was assaulted. Security officers are very much underpaid. I do admit that there are many dumb security officers; but I have also met many dumb police officers. You don’t need much brains to become a police officer in my area. Security guards are not rent-a-cops, they are a form of crime deterrence. Police officers cannot be everywhere at once and they cannot respond as fast an armed officer who is already there ready to shoot any violent offender. So if you don’t appreciate the use of “rent-a-cops”, call your congressman or congresswoman and tell him or her that you don’t want anymore of your tax dollars wasted on security officers at courts, social security buildings, other government buildings, the airport, or in your area after a natural disaster. Tell the owners of the stores you shop at that you don’t mind if prices go up due to shoplifting and your bank that they don’t need security either.

WOW… ticketed for parking in my own front lawn… is there anything I can do?

Posted by | Posted in Louisiana Court Records | Posted on 07-05-2010

Baton Rouge, Louisiana:

I lock the front door and walk out to my car, which is parked in the front lawn (as usual) and come across the most pathetic ticket I’ve ever received in my entire life. A ticket for “PARKING PROHIBITED: on the grass in front of residence”, not to mention this residence is my own fucking private property! What kind of douchebag gives a ticket for parking on your own property, let alone the asshole who decided to waste my hard earned tax dollars on passing a ludicrous law to pilfer additional money?! Moreover, it’s not like I want to park in the front yard. I hate not having my own parking spot! We have parking space for four cars — and no more than that; in addition, between my parents and siblings, we have five cars (soon to be six within the year) and the only place I can park is right there, in the front lawn. We all come and go at conflicting times, so I can’t park anywhere else in the driveway and obstruct someone else from leaving. There is also another bullshit law that says that we cannot park on the street (yeah, I know it sounds retarded), so where the fuck am I supposed to park? It’s not the $50 I’m so riled about, it’s the concept.

1) Is there anything I can do to contest the ticket?

2)Would I be wasting my time going to court to tell my “sad story” that there’s not enough room to park in an attempt to have it removed from my record?

3) What can I do in my power to get this law completely voided or at least try to have it removed?

4) Lastly, would a simple fix for my “parking problem” be to kill the grass and throw down some gravel? (I am not going to the trouble of making a concrete slab over tree roots in the front yard.) Does this correct the “mistake” or does it have to be some legit concrete job to bypass the law?

Thanks for your suggestions, comments, etc. in advance! And please, if you answer my numbered questions, only provide factual responses (preferably backed up by the law, on question #4, if possible).

Please help me, my dad has a problem?

Posted by | Posted in Louisiana Court Records | Posted on 05-05-2010

Well, I live in South Texas, and my dad has been working in Louisiana for 2 years now. About one year ago, my dad was acused for sexual harrasment, even though he didn’t do anything. The lady is handicapped, and that night, she told my dad to help her get her in her house, and my dad being nice, said yes. When they went inside, she tore my dad’s shirt off, and began to kiss him. My dad quickly ran out and dropped his hat on his way out. The girl got really pissed, so she called the cops, and my dad was arrested. We got my dad out of jail, but its not all over. My dad still has to pay a lawyer, and has to go to court. We’re spending to much money, and now we cant take it anymore. What do you think we should do? Is the lawyer over charging my dad. He pays 3,000 dollars for every visit, and had to pay 20,000 for some other stuff.

I feel very bad because my dad didn’t do anything. Oh and they checked the girls record, and she has acused 5 other people of the exact same thing, and they all proved her wrong.

So what do you think he should do?
Please, no bad answers, or comments. This is serious.

Charged in NYC with Criminal possession of a weapon 2nd degree while leaving NY airport on vacation!! HELP!?

Posted by | Posted in Louisiana Court Records | Posted on 04-05-2010

I was in NYC from the 7th to the 12th of this month. I followed all TSA rules and turned the gun into my local airport (New Orleans) and set flight for my vacation. I never carried the gun on me while staying in Long Island City (queens)

When I got ready to leave on the 12th at 11:30am from La Guardia is where the problem began.

I went to the American Airlines check in counter and declared that I had a firearm and the lady gave me the paper to put in the case. As she gave me the paper she called NYC/NJ Port Authority. They arrived and asked if I had a permit to own the gun. I said no as it is not required in Louisiana. The officer asked where did I stay and I told him Long Island City and he said that it was a felon. He asked for me to unlock the case and I did.

Inside the case I had a UNLOADED Glock 22 .40 with 2 EMPTY magazines with a speed loader and a box of ammunition.

The officer says that this is a problem as it is considered to be a loaded firearm and charged me with Criminal Possession of a weapon 2nd degree.

I was booked and saw the judge who allowed me to be released to come home to LA but return for court on the 27th of this month.

I am only 18 years old and have a 100% clean record. I’ve spoken with an Attorney in NYC already who said she should be able to get this taken care of with no jail time, but what do you legal guys from NYC think?
