Jaik Montana, born in Columbus, Georgia, started rapping at the age of 14 years old. Starting out free-styling for people who requested it in the high school court yards, figured after a while that he was rhyming well enough to start recording his music. Over time, Jaik Montana decided that even though he is a successful individual artist- why not extend his musical ability by creating a group? Therefore, Montana Gang was created. He decided to use role models that bring themselves together to become unison with each other, like “Wiz Khalifa”, for the idea. It was a big eye opener for him.
