Breaking the Sound Barrier: Democracy Now! Re-Hosts NBC Las Vegas Debate to Include Kucinich After NBC Wins Appeal to Exclude Him Ohio Congressman Dennis Kucinich was missing from the stage at last night’s Democratic debate hosted by MSNBC in Las Vegas after he lost a last-minute legal fight with the network over his participation. Last week, NBC told Kucinich that he had met the criteria for the debate. Then, less than two days later, the network changed the criteria and declared that Kucinich was no longer qualified. On Monday, a Nevada judge ordered NBC to include Kucinich, but then NBC appealed the ruling and actively fought to keep him off the stage. On Tuesday night, less than an hour before the debate, the Nevada Supreme Court sided with NBC. Democracy Now! decided to break the sound barrier and give Kucinich a chance to take part. In an exclusive broadcast, we re-broadcast excerpts of the debate and give the Ohio Congressman a chance to answer the questions he might have faced if he hadn’t been silenced. The investigators who spent more than eight hours combing through Murrays properties were targeting an array of documents related to the treatment of Jackson, including records, shipping orders, distribution lists, use records relating to the purchase transfer, receiving, ordering, delivery and storage of propofol, read the warrant signed by a Nevada District Court judge. Propofol is a general anesthetic that renders surgical patients unconscious in seconds. It is intended for use in surgical suites and operating rooms. Ross Miller says Danny Tarkanian was responsible for bilking senior citizens out of millions of dollars. That just isn’t true. Ross Miller can’t win by running on issues that concern the Nevada Secretary of State so he is trying to smear Danny. Ross and his father were looking for someone, anyone, who would say Danny was involved in telemarketing. They finally found Jan Wrobel, a convicted felon living in Canada to support their version. According to court records this paragon of virtue was running the telemarketing companies that were convicted of fraud. This man then blamed it on his parents. He turned his parents in and testified against them in court. Leif Reid, US Senator Harry Reid’s son and an employee of the Clinton US Attorney’s Office, was involved in the investigation and Danny Tarkanian was cleared of any involvement in this fraud. Because of the seriousness of this crime Danny Tarkanian offered his cooperation in the investigation, the US Attorney’s Office did not take him up on his offer because they did not think he knew anything about what was going on. Danny Tarkanian has taken a Lie Detector test to prove his innocence. We’ve asked Jan Wrobel and Ross Miller and his dad to do the same. We’re waiting for their response. Video Rating: 5 / 5
Question by Logan N Alora’s Mommy: How do I find out what I have on my court records?
I have been trying to fill out many applications online recently and have found a few that say if you have ever been convicted of anything to list it (including a DUI). I have had a dui many years ago (more than 15 years ago) and they want me to list the exact date and such on the app. I do not want to get denied for the job for not listing it and having them find out about it in a background check, but I cannot remember the exact dates. Is there a website I can go to that will list all of my info. so that I can then list it on an application? I live in Nevada BTW.

You may find this interesting. Back in the late 80′s early 90′s I was commissioned by the US MINT to design the very first Nevada State Coin. After the design was accepted and minted for both precious and non-precious metals. Governor Bob Miller unveiled the coins at Caesars Palace. (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Copper and other metals). In a loose contract with the mint I was suppose earn a certain percentage of all coins sold. Long story short. This wasn’t to be the case so I had to sue the mint for copyright infringements. 000 later I won my court case and the molds were destroyed. (I still have the court records) I’m not sure how many copies of the coin were sold before that. To this day, there is no OFFICIAL STATE COIN. Video Rating: 5 / 5
