My wife works in birth records at a major hospital and the stories I hear from her about obvious welfare fraud are appalling. Not only is welfare fraud illegal, it is unfair to the getting smaller majority who work and pay taxes. The people who collect welfare should be considered an employee of the taxpayers who pay them and be required to take random drug tests so that they can prove there desire to move on to employment. Also, their names should be available in public records so that whistle blowers can report the cheaters who are purposely cheating the system. THINK ABOUT IT.
