Question by LA DAILY: I need to get something expunged from my record that happened in Wyoming 9 years ago HOW????!!!?
I have a case that just popped up on my records after 9 years- I thought was over, I was never convicted in Wyoming but somehow on my record is says that I was and that I plead guilty…which I never did…. ( I never went to court in Wyoming or had a court order to appear) I spoke with one case manager and he told me that It will cost me 2500 dollars to handle this case. Does that sound right? Where do I start with this?

might…but why not start with a call to the county clerk’s office where the thing is on record and see if they can just fix it?
