it’s really a very simple problem. There are the common law county jurisdictions known “Such-and-such County,” created by the original State’s admitting law, which are obligated to file whatever the Citizen wants to have put on public record, and there are the “County of” Such-and-such created as state corporations by the commercial state for the purpose of recording official state documents. “the law” controls the former and legal statutes control the latter, one must know what they are doing

While you are certainly correct in everything you say, I think you’re taking the law to a certain level that the average person does not. You know the law TOO well and take it TOO seriously. I’m curious to know exactly what you are trying to do besides catch people in power going against laws that few people are aware of. The truth is that the law is far too complex and detailed for the average person to understand and abide by every word of it.

This woman received an answer from the man that she could and he would forward the document to verify thast it should be accepted. she didnt like the answer and wanted to badger the public servants. this is the kind os bullshit public servants have to put up with on a daily basis and thats why they get burnt out. sahe is a 5150 if ever i saw one.

(answer) then serve them final notice and publich it in newspaper.. or post at courthouse, library, recorders.. etc
