alright to start this off i know it was stupid to do this but the serious question is…
i live in southern mississippi and i had to go to youth court for false reporting of a crime
i never once actually made a report wrote anything or was recorded all the cops did was interogate me they didnt write anything down until the end of the night so can they charge me with false report if i never even filled one out to begin with

Answer by laughter_every_day Read the exact statute or ordinance that you are alleged to have violated. Not just the title but the entire text of tha statute. I do not care to look it up for you. In my state, the “report” can consist of simply your statement to a police officer in response to the officer’s questions.

Question by Milano: Traffic Court in Atlanta, Georgia?
Two months ago, I hit another man’s car while trying to switch lanes. I went to traffic court and the judge sentenced me to be in the Teens Learning Control Program, which involved taking multiple driving classes and doing 40 hours of community service to clear it (no points or anything on my record). I was told to complete everything in time for my next court reset date, which is coming up on the first of august.
But a month after that incident, I got pulled over for failure to yield to a pedestrian (I swear I did not see her because all lanes were back up but mine, which was the left most lane) and I have a court date for that tomorrow morning. I’m going to plead guilty because there’s no point in fighting it.
Does anyone know if this will suspend my license? Or what will be the worst that can happen to me from tomorrow’s court date to the other incident’s reset date on the first of august?
