How to get fair legal help please?

Posted by | Posted in Ohio Court Records | Posted on 21-10-2010

Where can I find Legal Help?
My name is Roger Thacker and I attempted to sue Clark, County Ohio Prosecute-rs for giving a false background check on me for 14 years the kept me from gaining suitable employment to support my family. My wife’s back got broke at work and I wasn’t able to get a job for 14 years because of the background saying I had two felonies and had never been convicted . I was being discriminated against by employers and the community because they made this a public record. I tried to file my own lawsuit due to not having money for a attorney and I filled at the paperwork on my own and submitted it. They said I couldn’t use my own format and had me write another format and they stamped it said it was good, later they said it wasn’t good enough and I didn’t sign it after they checked the paperwork and said it was good to go. They have humiliated me and made me sound like the bad guy verses the victim. Me and my family has suffered a great deal of emotional and financial stress because of their error’s in which they are taken no credit for what they have done to me and my family. I know this because I have seen it on the internet if you google Roger Thacker the details will show up under Roger Thacker vs. Clark County. I have all the stamped legal documents to prove what they did is true. I have talked to lot’s of lawyers in Ohio Clark County, Dayton Legal Aid and everywhere for a lawyer to help but they said they had to sit and have lunch with these people and didn’t want to get involved. This is a clear case of abuse of authority by the prosecuting attorney and the records department and their staff due to the fact I requested info and was denied it. I requested the costographered report and the prosecuting attorney’s assistant told me that the prosecuting attorney had the report and I couldn’t have it. Mrs. Sony the assistant for the prosecuter told me I couldn’t have it. Please help I believe I can still file under my own name and without my family because it is still hurting me. There isn’t a day goes by it isn’t bothering me and I know the prosecuting attorney in Clark County is reading this and should feel ashamed of this and I wander how many other innocent families they have done this too. So if there are any lawyers could help please call me at (937) 215-2028 it would be appreciated very much so I can expose these scams and unprofessional and get them out of office my public defender didn’t do anything at all to help me. I was born with a birth defect and had open heart surgery and collecting social security at the time and I think they did what they did because they didn’t think I would need it but employers said I would have to get background check and when I got one I was shocked to learn of the unfortunate incompetence by the Clark County Prosecuting attorney and staff had occur ed.
